- This is an Australian website. When you make a purchase on this website the transaction will appear on your bank statement as payment received by Blue Oceanz Pty Ltd. All website transactions incur a 6% surcharge fee. All transactions completed on the vessel for diving/ levy/ bar purchases incur a 3% surcharge.
- We have more exclusive locations than any other sailing operator, but our itinerary will depend on the weather and your safety. The Skipper will choose on the day the best itinerary. The Master reserves the right to sail, motor sail or steam under motor pending weather conditions.
- Should the trip be cancelled due to poor weather or mechanical breakdown, we will transfer your booking to an alternate vessel, or provide a FLEXI TICKET, or provide a 100% refund (this may need to be finalised with your travel agent if you booked with an external travel agent).
- There are no refunds when the itinerary is changed.
