Located a little further away but worth the journey. Norman Reef is an outer reef popular for sites including Shark Mountain and Alan’s Wall. You can expect to see sharks, sharks and more sharks at Shark Mountain, along with photogenic Maori Wrasse and many pelagic species including Trevally and Barracuda.

Norman Reef as a small outer reef surrounded by deep waters up to 57 metres acts as a magnet to pelagic species which can be found streaming along the drop off walls. Keep your eye out to the blue for a thrilling encounter with a shark.
