Considering the current COVID -19 return to normal operations, we are kindly not able to fully confirm your date of travel until 1 week prior to departure. We therefore ask you to have some flexibility with your travel dates. We will do everything in our best endeavours to run the exact date you book but may need to consolidate guests to a certain travel date 1 week prior and after the date you have selected to meet our minimum numbers for operation.
Should we not be able to confirm your travel date we will provide AN OPEN DATED credit to be used at any time in the future whether this in a few months or a few years. This credit can also be TRANSFERRED to another family member or friend. Alternatively, we will source an alternate vessel for your chosen date or provide a 100% refund.
However, should you need to cancel your booking then our standard cancellation policy will apply as follows;
- Cancellations more than 28 days prior to departure – 20% cancellation fee
Cancellations from 7 to 28 days prior to departure – 35% cancellation fee. Cancellation
- Cancellation less than 7 days prior to departure, illness resulting in inability to travel and no shows – 100% cancellation fee.
Should you be turned away from boarding the vessel due to not meeting our screening check then you will only be provided with a flexi ticket.
Rest assure Coral Sea Dreaming is actively applying our Workplace Health and Safety approved COVID – 19 Safe Plan with all staff and guests being screened prior to boarding. All vessel areas are disinfected rigorously including all snorkel and dive equipment in approved ‘Green Apple’ hospital grade COVID-19 approved cleaning solution. Meals are prepared with extreme hygiene practices with single serve snacks, plated meals and personal take home water bottles supplied. Social distancing is still in place and easily managed aboard with only 12 guests. We will keep you safe ><>
