We are exceptionally fortunate to be operating at least 2 of our 3 scheduled departures weekly, given the current climate. Carrying a maximum of up to 12* guests on our overnight trip means our tours do fill fast, so book now to avoid disappointment!

Kindly note we do ask you to have a little flexibility with your travel dates – while we will endeavor to operate our tour on your exact booking date, the need to consolidate guests to a certain travel date either side of your ideal date may arise in order to meet our minimum guest numbers for operation.
Should we not be able to confirm your travel date we will provide AN OPEN DATED credit to be used at any time in the future whether this in a few months or a few years. This credit can also be TRANSFERRED to another family member or friend. Alternatively, we will source an alternate vessel for your chosen date or provide a 100% refund.
However, should you need to cancel your booking then our standard cancellation policy will apply as follows;
- Cancellations more than 28 days prior to departure – 20% cancellation fee
Cancellations from 7 to 28 days prior to departure – 35% cancellation fee. Cancellation
- Cancellation less than 7 days prior to departure, illness resulting in inability to travel and no shows – 100% cancellation fee.
Upon check in, guests will have their temperature checked and then required to complete a basic health questionnaire prior to boarding the vessel:
- Do you have flu like symptoms? Fever, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath or other cold/flu-like symptoms in the last 72 hours and are otherwise well and fit for work?
- Have you been around anyone with flu symptoms?
- Have you been in a COVID hot spot?
- Have you travelled overseas in the past 14 days?
- Do you have a temperature?
Should a guest answer yes to any of these questions or present with a temperature they will be advised they can not board the vessel. They will be offered to transfer their date of travel with clearance for boarding pending COVID testing, or be provided with a flexi ticket for the future or a refund. They will be advised to proceed to a COVID-19 check clinic.
Rest assured Coral Sea Dreaming is actively applying our Workplace Health and Safety approved COVID – 19 Safe Plan with all staff and guests being screened prior to boarding. All vessel areas are disinfected rigorously including all snorkel and dive equipment in approved ‘Green Apple’ hospital grade COVID-19 approved cleaning solution. Meals are prepared with extreme hygiene practices with single serve snacks, plated meals and personal take home water bottles supplied. Social distancing is still in place and easily managed.
